For those of us who've heard a dry-clutch Ducati up-close the sound of Italian craftsmanship can sound alarmingly like it's going to shake itself to pieces in the next few moments.
It might be unkind but here's a vid comparing a Ducati to a cement mixer. The similarities are uncanny. No sound editing was involved. This is pure Ducati, pure cement mixer.
