The Society for Manufacturers and Motor Traders holds an annual bash at the Millbrook Proving Ground. This year's took place today and @SpeedmonkeyCol has driven an array of machinery.
The SMMT day is a chance for manufacturers to display their wares and for motoring journalists and bloggers to try out cars they haven't had the chance to sample before.
Speedmonkey's Colin Hubbard has been at Millbrook all day and has driven a McLaren 650S, Porsche Macan Turbo, VW Golf R, Porsche 911 Turbo cabriolet, Fiat 500 Abarth and an Alfa Romeo 4C amongst others.
All will get a first drive review over the coming weeks.
