Vettel overtook Webber when they had been told to stay in formation in order to preserve their tyres.
In the press conference Webber said, "In the end Seb made his own decisions today and will have protection as usual, and that's the way it goes. I turned my engine down and started cruising on the tyres, and then the fight was on and as we know he's a quick peddler. I was disappointed with the outcome of today's race."
But don't forget the first time Webber and Vettel had a coming together. It was in the Japanese Grand Prix, 2007. Vettel, in the Toro Rosso, hit Webber's Red Bull whilst they were running behind the safety car in 2nd and 3r places - and took them both out.
During a live TV interview Webber said, "It's kids isn't it. Kids with not enough experience. You do a good job and then they fuck it all up."
Seems like Mark was right six years ago, and right today.
